Pastor Troy unpacks Jesus' teachings on the importance of truth-telling and living in the truth, and how straying from truth and integrity harms us spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. One way to move ourselves into alignment with truth, is to start an Integrity Journal (read more about this in the work of sociologist and author Martha Beck.) Try it for one month and share your results.
Integrity Journal 
Step 1: At the end of each day, before bed, write down any untruth you said that day.
What untruth did I say? What did I mean or intend? Why did I lie?
Step 2: Write out what was true in that situation. 
Step 3: What could I have said that was true, while being as kind and loving as possible?
